I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The location was fantastic, right in the center of the city and just a short walk from the pedestrian street. However, the rooms felt a bit dreary and didn’t quite match the online photos. While the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the breakfast options were quite limited, which was disappointing.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, which is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from the main pedestrian street, 'il budello'. The rooms were not only spotlessly clean but also well-equipped, making my stay very comfortable. The personalized service from the attentive staff really stood out. However, the breakfast options were limited, especially since the only choice available was a rather bland Nescafe. Overall, I found it to be a great value for money, but I wished there were better dining options.
